RE: Proposed Zoning Changes — Rahling Road — Chenal Valley 'Tract 201
Dear Tony,
As per my email yesterday and our conversation immediately prior to the Board's Agenda
meeting Deltic would like to amend their rezoning application as follows:
The northern 20.30 acre Tract I would be rezoned from R-2 to 0-3. Our current plan
proposed MF -18 for this area. Consistent with our prior commitment for this project, any
development in this area would be subject to Site Play Review by the Planning
Commission.
We would like the application as amended to be heard by the Board at the November 18'h
meeting. We can not have the item deferred. We believe the change to be appropriate, and that it
addresses and is reflective of issues raised by the residents in the area.
I have attached a revised legal and rough sketch. I will get you a presentation graphic this
afternoon.
