Walter,
Have you gotten any comments from Public Works. Based on where these streets have been
stubbed out we are going to have to have some type of revision to the MSP. The preliminary plat
of Chenal Ridge showed Beckenham extending to Rahling on Deltic's property.... that can't be
done now. The plan will have to be changed regardless of this application. At some point this will
need to be acknowledged by staff. Are you guys at least to that point?

We received the request to defer the re -zoning at Rahling Road to the October meeting. But we
wanted to verify that the Master Street Plan item to combine the Collectors would also be
deferred.
Please let me know if you would like to have the MSP item heard even though the Land Use and
Zoning items are being deferred. (We believe the three should stay together.)
