We are collecting data, but have held off on the study until we can firm up the proposed land uses. To complete it
will take time, which is why we are pressing to get some feedback from staff on the revised concept.

I am checking again to see if we (the City) have received the requested traffic study related to the zoning/land
use/master street plan amendment cases. Could you let me know the status of this and if we expect to receive
anything.
