I don't think so. Tim would like to get the support of staff that the only logical thing to do is link up
the two collectors. We made the point that two collectors are feasible. He made the point that
you could build it, but the cuts and fills would make it tough to access adjacent lots, therefore, it is
not practical. In the end, I made the point that staff is not going to take a position until we have a
traffic study.
