They are suppose to be working on a traffic study. The proposal as shown is unacceptable. They should build two
collectors per the MSP. With the proposed uses shown on their application, the street system they are recommending will
not be adequate.

Subject: Rahling collector issue
Have you guys heard anything more about the traffic study? What is your position on the MSP amendment? When we
last meet as a group, we had said that there was not support for combining the two collectors prior to their connection with
Rahling Road. I need to finish writing this item soon. The related zoning and Land Use Plan items have been deferred to
October 2.
