Subject: Master Street Plan Revision for collectors to Rahling Road

The collector re -alignment connecting to Rahling Road that was recently submitted to the City appears to be
insufficient to handle the traffic volumes that will be associated with the proposed zoning. In order to move
forward with the proposal, the City is requiring a traffic impact study in an effort to insure the plan as submitted will
handle the traffic generated by the proposed uses. If you have any questions concerning this requirement, please
