Subject: Rahling Road
I have spoken with Tom Carpenter on this matter of the improvements to Rahling Road to
arterial standards and when those street improvements are triggered. He believes after
reviewing LR Ord. 17,183 (May 7, 1996) that the two triggers to that action were the traffic
count and the connection of Pebble Beach Road. Of course, Pebble Beach Road has been
connected, so that only leaves the trigger of 12,000 vehicles per day.
