Subject: RE: MSP07-04 The change would reduce the amount of right-of-way the City's plan says is needed for University. This means to you if you were to ask for a change on your property the City would not ask as much land to do any future widening. Dr. Dean Kumpuris and his family own property at 415 and 417 North University Avenue, which would be included in the plan amendment. The notice we received states that it will not change the zoning of the land nor will it change the assessment for tax purposes. So I do not think you need to be here, unless you just want to come up for a visit.
