This is a followup to my phone conversation with your planning office this past week. I am opposed to changing
Master Street Plan concerning Pinnacle Valley Road. This continues to be a major artery to several popular
recreation areas plus a growing population area. The city needs to fufill its previous plan to make this a 4 lane
