Subject: response about MSP07-02
Dear Eve Gieringer,
I am the President of the Pinnacle Valley Neighborhood Association.
I am writing concerning the issue (MSP07-02) coming up before the Department of Planning
Development on October 11, 2007.
As I understand it, the city's desires to change the status of Pinnacle Valley Road on the Master Street
Plan from the current status of a 4 lane with median or 5 lane road down to a two lane road with
shoulders. There are no actual plans for improvements at this time by the city.
As a resident who owns parcel # 43L-006-05-004-00 located at 6 Waterford Drive, I wish to ask the city
to maintain the current status of Pinnacle Valley Road. I do not wish to see the status of the road
changed on the Master Street Plan.
The change in status will not change the current setbacks in place for Pinnacle Valley Road and
therefore the change is status does not provide any advantage to me as a homeowner.
Please contact me if you have any questions or comments. I look forward to being notified of the
outcome concerning this matter on October 11, 2008.
Serving Under His Mercy,
Nicholas Alsop
