Labette Drive - MSP Change West of Barrow Road
1. Labette Drive is the only east west collector standard street between Kanis Road and 36th
Street.
2. To date, Labette Drive has been constructed as a collector street per the MSP. The
disconnect would cause other east west residential streets in the area to carry more traffic
than designed resulting in more numerous road failures; higher volumes through residential
areas; unsafe conditions; and higher speeds.
