Dear Mr. Bozynski,
Deltic Timber Corporation has no objection to the proposed Master Street Plan
amendment to alter the southern extension of Champlin Drive.
We would like to confirm that additional improvements, above what has already
been constructed to city standards, will not be required because of this change.
Our areas of concern are Champlin Drive, Rahling Road, LaGrande Drive and
Chenal Parkway in the vicinity of LaGrande.
