This will be the site layout which we will submit on Monday. Take a look at it and let me know if we will need to amended the master street plan and fill out the application or will the new POD take care of it. The new site plan has changed due a couple of reasons. 1)The church did have a 36 month agreement with the property owner to the west to build the road over to Bowman Road but that was over 4 years ago and the church does not wish to entry into new negations with that property owner. 2) The church is also trying to have more of a campus design/atmosphere for the property and control how much traffic in moving though the site.
