If we use stage construction, I am ok with that. IF this area starts to take off such as Col Glenn has, this could cause us significant problems in the future. William L. Henry, P.E. The group I am working with wants to amend the MSP to modify the design Standard on Springer Avenue to 90 ROW and 36 feet paving. This is a Minor Arterial with expected ADT till 2025 around 3000 to 4000 Let me know in the next day or so if you folks in PW would have a problem with a modified design standard for Springer Avenue through Granite Mountain neighborhood.
