2.Cut out old skylight and flashing membrane and dispose of in an approved manner.
3.Install (1) new Birdview brand skylight (Poly Domed) and heat weld new flashing membrane around curb.
4.The skylight manufacturer offers a 5 year product warranty. Our workmanship is warrantied for 1 year.

This is to address the worst of the two leaking skylights. Circled top right in picture above. When we replace the
skylight we will reflash around the skylight curb and also look for any other issues that may be causing leaks.
