Dear Mr. Mirryard,
We wish to obtain a COA hom Little Rock Historic District Commission for replacing the front entrance door at 1323 Cumberland St
This work includes removing the indsting door and door frame and replacing it with a new door with a similar style. The existing exterior
door casing will be used and the overall size of the door will not change. The new door is a Simpson door #7522. This door will be made
from a Fir woad species and contain clear glass. The door will be the same exact size as the existing door, 6V %3'0. It will remain a double
door or French door with the same left hand in -swing. The major difference Is this is a 12 -lite door instead of a 15-Ifte door.
The application for the Certificate of Appropriateness and building permit receipt is attached. Please reach out to us at anytime. We sincerely
