Thanks for the update. I will redo your COC when you and Catherine settle on a window design. The others look like a
One over one design, No mullions or separation of glass. If that is the case, it should be easy to get one close
enough. You will also want to replace the storm window.

Do you think is can be repaired or is it a replacement? If replacement, you will need to get one that is very similar for
your Easement. But that is their call.
