3 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND RE-
4 APPOINTMENTS TO VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOARDS
5 AND COMMISSIONS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1: The following named persons are hereby appointed, or reappointed as a member of the
10 respective Board or Commission:
11 AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE:
12 Allene Higgins,appointed to serve her first four(4)-year Individual with a Disability term, said term
13 to expire on July 6, 2024.
14 COMMISSION ON CHILDREN YOUTH AND FAMILIES:
15 Chrissy Chatham, appointed to serve her first three (3)-year At-Large term, said term to expire on
16 May 31,2023.
17 Lisa Donovan,appointed to serve her first three (3)-year At-Large term, said term to expire on May
18 31,2023.
19 Matt Price, appointed to serve his first three (3)-year At-Large term, said term to expire on May 31,
20 2023.
21 Marcovous Williams, reappointed to serve her second three (3)-year At-Large term, said term to
22 expire on May 31,2023.
23 HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION:
24 Robert Hodge, reappointed to serve his second three(3)-year Hillcrest District Representative term,
25 said term to expire on June 15,2023.
26 Amber Jones, reappointed to serve her second three (3)-year Owner and Occupant of a Property
27 located Historic District other than MacArthur Park term, said term to expire on June 15, 2023.
28 Mark Hinson, appointed to serve his first three (3)-year Owner and Occupant of a Property located
29 within the MacArthur Park Historic District term, said term to expire on June 15,2023.
30 LAND BANK COMMISSION:
31 Natalie James,appointed to serve her first four(4)-year At-Large term, said term to expire on March
32 19,2024.
33 LITTLE ROCK WATER RECLAMATION COMMISSION:
34 Deborah Shock,appointed to her first five(5)-year term,said term to expire on August 1,2024.

1 OAKLAND AND FRATERNAL HISTORIC CEMETERY PARK BOARD:
2 Carolyn Eastham, appointed to serve her first three (3)-year term, said term to expire on June 1,
3 2023.
4 Frances Ross,appointed to serve her third three(3)-year term, said term to expire on June 1, 2023.
5 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
6 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
7 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
8 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
9 resolution.
10 Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
11 with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
