Based on the records of the Pulaski County Assessor's Office, you own property that is
within an area under consideration for a change «location» to the City's Future Land Use
Plan.
The Department of Planning and Development has been reviewing the City's Future
Land Use Plan in the area north of I-630 from I-430 to downtown, as part of the City's
efforts to maintain the Future Land Use Plan for consistency with likely future
development patterns. Proposed changes are a result of discussions and review by City
Staff, to hopefully reflect a more likely future development pattern in the area, based on
activity and changes noted in the recent past.

of change and a list of the Land Use categories with definitions for your information.
Please note that such a change in the Future Land Use Plan does not change the zoning
