I just checked the legal you sent and all of your ownership would be PI (Public Institutional) after this change is
made, All but lots 11-14 are currently shown as'PI' and this amendment would add those parcels to the PI designation.

The intention was to show the school's site all as PI — Public Institutional (since it as a school). The other site is a private
residence (we believe) making RL— Residential Low Density appropriate. This is a proposed change to the Land Use Plan
and does not change anyone's zoning. The Land Use change has no 'immediate impact' on anyone, it would only be
used in making future decisions. We (Staff) believe the changes you are asking about would make the Plan more
reflective of how the land is actually used and likely to be used in the near to mid-term. Thus the City Land Use Plan
would provide a more accurate image of the area for anyone using it who does not know Little Rock or this section of
the City.
If this does not answer your question please let me know and I will try to explain it better.

I received a letter July 8 in reference to the above changes. The map shows an area that is owned by Francis A. Allen
School for Exceptional Children and is currently part of our building and parking lot 5A. It also shows an area across N.
Tyler Street that appears to be a residence 5B. Please explain what this means for us.
