The other site is a private residence (we believe) making RL— Residential Low Density appropriate. This is a proposed change to the Land Use Plan and does not change anyone's zoning. The Land Use change has no 'immediate impact' on anyone, it would only be used in making future decisions. We (Staff) believe the changes you are asking about would make the Plan more reflective of how the land is actually used and likely to be used in the near to mid-term. Thus the City Land Use Plan would provide a more accurate image of the area for anyone using it who does not know Little Rock or this section of the City. If this does not answer your question please let me know and I will try to explain it better. The map shows an area that is owned by Francis A. Allen School for Exceptional Children and is currently part of our building and parking lot 5A. It also shows an area across N.
