WHEN SHOULD THE PROPERTY OWNER EXPECT TO RECEIVE A COPY OF THE NEW ZONING CLASSIFICATION TO BE ABLE TO COMPARE TO THE CURRENT 1-3 ZONING CLASSIFICATION? WILL THE CITY GIVE THE OWNER WRITTEN ASSURANCES THAT NO DETRIMENTAL ECONOMIC FACTORS WILL ACRUE TO THIS PROPERTY BASED ON THE PROPOSED CHANGES? WHAT NEW CONDITIONS WILL BE NECESSARY TO PLACE PROSPECTIVE TENANTS IN WAREHOUSE SPACES THAT MAY NOT CONFORM TO THE NEW ZONING CLASSIFICATION?
