Walter,
I spoke with Thad Luther regarding your request and after further investigation it appears that CAW had
"intended" on transferring said property to the City of LR sometime in 2006? We found legal descriptions
and Easements, but no 'official' transfer or Resolution.
So, it appears that CAW still owns this property. You may address the letter to Thad Luther and he will
take it from there.
