This is an effort to update the future Land Use Plan for consistency with the likely future development patterns of the City. Enclosed is a map of some proposed changes. These changes are a result of discussions and review by City Staff, to hopefiilly reflect a more likely future development pattern in the area based on activity and changes noted in the recent past. Planning Zoning and Subdivision A public hearing before the Little Rock Planning Commission at 4 P.M. Thursday, July 24, 2014 has been scheduled to review the package of changes. This meeting will be in the Little Rock Board of Directors Chambers, second floor of City Hall, 500 West Markham. You are invited to attend this meeting or send any comments you may have on the proposed changes to winalnne a7littlerock.or by Friday July 11, 2014.
