We received notice regarding four different Land Use Plan changes coming before the Department of Planning and Development. During our monthly meeting on Tuesday, we discussed these issues and wish to voice our opinion as representatives of Walton Heights. They are as follows: Case: LU14-01-04B Location: NE of Fairview and Pleasant Ridge WHCHA Opinion: No Obiections at this point given the information provided Case: LU14-01-05A Location: N of Cantrell, East of Viewpointe Cv WHCHA Opinion: We Object to this Land Use Plan Change Case: LU14-01-05B Location: N of Cantrell, either side of Viewpointe Cv WHCHA Opinion: Neutral as we cannot make a decision without further information Case: LU14-01-05C Location: SE of Cantrell and Sam Peck WHCHA Opinion: No Obiections at this point given the information provided I apologize for sending our response so close to the deadline.
