J PUL,: SKI COUNTY CIRCUIT!C.OUNTY CLERK Fees $25.00 ORDINANCE NO. 24,921 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN (16,222) IN THE AREA WEST OF INTERSTATE 430, NORTH OF CHENAL PARKWAY/KANIS ROAD; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. WHEREAS, the future Land Use Plan should be review periodically to maintain its accuracy and usefulness, and; WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the area in question provided, considering the existing use and zoning patterns as well as trends in development in the area, and; WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the package of suggested changes and now recommends them for adoption. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK. Section 1. Four (4) areas generally from Rahling Road to Chenal Parkway east of Kirk Road. First area, northeast of the Kirk—Rahling Roads intersection, is changed from Residential Low Density to Public Institutional. Second area, northeast corner of Kirk Road and Wellington Village Road, is changed from Residential Medium Density to Suburban Office. The third area, east of Kirk Road south of Wellington Village Road, is changed from Residential High Density, Residential Medium Density, Residential Low Density and Neighborhood Commercial to Public institutional. The fourth area, northwest corner of Wellington Hills Road and Chenal Parkway, is changed from Neighborhood Commercial to Commercial. (LU14-01-01) Section 2. Four (4) areas generally from Chenal Parkway to Kanis Road, either side of Rahling Road. First area, north of Rahling Road and west of Chenal Parkway, is changed from Residential Low Density to Residential High Density. Second area, northwest corner of Chenal Parkway and Rahling Road, is changed from Commercial to Office, Third area, east of Rahling Road, between Kanis Road and St. Vincent Way, is changed from Mixed Use to Office.
