Subject: Land Use Plan Changes
Director Hendrix,
I am sorry I missed your call. I will be in Planning Commission when you get back home this afternoon.
LU14-02-07 is at Ringo and 301h streets. Currently the Plan shows the west side for PK/OS — Park/Open Space. But it is
zoned R-3 Single Family and has both homes and vacant parcels on it. We believe the PK/OS was on the Plan to
represent Swaggarty Branch Creek. The City's ownership stops on the east side of Ringo. So by making this change, only
the land the City owns will be shown as Park/Open Space.
I should be in the office tomorrow (Friday) if you would like to discuss this further (or any of the other changes).
