3 HEARING ON THE ISSUANCE OF NOT TO EXCEED $17,000,000 IN
4 TAXABLE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BONDS BY THE CITY
5 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ASSISTING IN
6 THE FINANCING OF INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES.

8 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
9 ROCK, ARKANSAS:
10 Section 1. A public hearing on the question of the issuance of not to exceed
11 $17,000,000 of taxable industrial development revenue bonds by the City of Little Rock,
12 Arkansas for the purpose of financing an industrial facility for the manufacture of jars for
13 food products, to be operated by Ringwood Container, L.P., shall be held at 6:00 P.M., or as
14 soon as the item can be dealt with on the regular agenda of the Board of Directors, on Tuesday,
15 June 6, 2006, during the regular meeting of the Little Rock Board of Directors in the Board
16 Meeting Room on the second floor of City Hall, 500 West Markham, Little Rock, Arkansas, and
17 all persons who wish to be heard on this issue shall be given the opportunity to comment.
