Recently, the Department of Planning and Development has been in the process of reviewing the Land Use Plan for the area in and around your property. The proposed changes are to reflect existing and probable future use of land. A more appropriate Land Use category for the piece of property listed above would be Single Family. A list of categories is attached. A change to the Land Use Plan does not change your zoning or taxes. If you do not wish the land use category of this property changed, please send a letter indicating your wishes to the address above before November 13, 2006. Staff will take all received comments on the proposed changed and develop a final package for review by the Little Rock Planning Commission and Board of Directors.
