HomeMy WebLinkAboutordinance 19680ORDINANCE NO. 19,680 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN (16,222) 1N THE CENTRAL CITY PLANNING DISTRICT FROM COMMERCIAL, MIXED USE AND SINGLE FAMILY TO PUBLIC INSTITUTIONAL; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. WHEREAS, as the Little Rock Planning Commission believes it appropriate to amend the plan. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That Commercial at the northeast corner of West 10th Street and South Cross Street be amended to Public Institutional. SECTION 2. That Commercial and Mixed Use between West 17th Street and West 19th Street, just west of Main Street be amended to Public Institutional. SECTION 3. That Mixed Use between West 21St Street and West 22 Street, just west of Main Street be amended to Public Instittitiorial. SECTION 4. That Single Family south of East 16th Street between Rock Street and Park Lane be amended to Public Institutional. SECTION 5. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
