Earlier this month I filed applications for a PZD and a Land Use Amendment for the redevelopment of
Mitchell Place at 2410 South Battery Street. Neighborhood Builders, Inc., and UAMS Arkansas CARES
have decided not to move forward with the project based on the outcome of the Board of Directors
meeting last Tuesday. Please consider our applications to the Planning Commission for Mitchell Place to
be withdrawn. Let me know if you have any questions or need anything else.
