Mr. Riggs,
I am aware of another call meeting tonight by the Central High Neighborhood, Inc. at Bullock Temple
(6:30pm). Again, this meeting would be a very good opportunity to ask of me questions pertaining to the
project being presented on Thursday night. We hope that our concept has been clearly understood,
