AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM
VARIOUS LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF
CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR A
VARIANCE TO ALLOW FOR A REDUCED PLATTED
BUILDING LINE FOR THE MONTAGNE COURT
SUBDIVISION — REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT
(5- 1344 -F), LOCATED NORTH OF FOREST LANE ON
MONTAGNE COURT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of
the Code of Ordinances is granted to provide for variances of certain requirements within
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for the Montagene Court Revised
Preliminary Plat (5- 1344 -F) as follows:
Subsection A. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31,
Section 31 -256 for the Montagne Court Subdivision Revised Preliminary Plat; Lots 20 -
24 to allow a reduced platted building line.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
