Little Rock, AR 72202
Dear Ms. Ambrose:
This letter is to update you on the Land Use Plan review that has been on going for the
last year. Based on input from groups such as yours throughout the process, a package of
changes has been recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission to the Little
Rock Board of Directors. A map outlining the recommended changes is attached for
your review.
The Little Rock Board of Directors will consider this package at their October 4, 2005
meeting. The Board meets at 6 PM on the second floor of City Hall, 500 West Markham.
If you have any comments on the package, you may provide them in writing prior to the
meeting or present them to the Board at the meeting on October 4, 2005.
Staff believes the recommended package does represent a more accurate image of the
short and mid-term future development pattern in your area of Little Rock. This package
of changes is a better reflection of the use and zoning pattern within the neighborhoods.
We thank you for your input and time through this process.
Sincerely,
Walter Malone, AICP
