After further review staff has determined that your application will not require an amendment to the
Future Land Use Plan. Your application for a Land Use Plan Amendment, LU05-08-01, at 1715
South Summit Street for a change from Single Family to Low Density Residential will be withdrawn by
staff at the Planning Commission meeting on January 20, 2005. You or your agent will still need to
be present for your zoning case.
We extend to you an offer to refund the Land Use Plan Amendment application fee of $55.00. We
will also offer a refund of the $5.00 sign fee pending return of an undamaged Land Use Plan
Amendment sign.
