SUBJECT: FILING FEE REFUND; LU02-08-04, 2810 RINGO STREET

Clifton White filed a Land Use Plan Amendment on August 16, 2002 for two lots at 2812
Ringo Street from Single Family to Mult-family. After starting the research, it was
discovered that a Land Use Plan was unnecessary for the following three reasons. This
application is an existing structure and does not change the footprint, the base use of the
application is residential, and the structure can be converted back to its original use.
Since no action was taken on this application, we feel that a full refund of the filing fee is
in order.
