Re: Appeal of Planning Commission's Denial in Case No. 2-7142
Dear Ms. Wood:
On January 6, 2002, my clients made application to the City of Little Rock Planning Commission
for a PD -0 of the property located at 1201 West 10th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas.
After a hearing before the Little Rock Planning Commission on February 14, 2002, the
application was denied, and we were officially notified of the decision by a letter dated
February 15, 2002. A copy of the letter is attached to this letter of appeal and incorporated
by reference hereto.
This letter is to serve as notice that we are appealing the decision which was made by the Little
Rock Planning Commission on February 14, 2002. Therefore, we request that you file this
appeal and place this case on the Board of Director's Agenda as soon as possible.
