I Walter Kendrick, Jr., would like to present this leftir as a notice of appeal, based
on the decision that the Planning Commission Board made on LU010801, address
located at 2501 Bishop Street. It is my deepest desire as an entrepreneur to establish
a community based Barber and Beauty Shop at this-ii.bandon, boarded -up location.
As it appears to be at the present time, this building is boarded up and offers a sore -
spot to the community and is indeed bringing down the property value of this well-
established, neighborhood. f feel that I can offer a vii -,-gores turn around for this
abandoned building and provide a well -needed servi x to this neighbor and other
surrounding communities. Please reconsider your pAor decision and give me a
chance to make a turn -around for this boarded up b wilding and the neighborhood.
