Ensures that the general public and property owners have access to latest plan recommendations. 2. Gives framework for responses to proposed developments and zoning requests. 3. Provides basis for future consideration of Design Overlay Districts, Improvement Districts and Community Redevelopment Districts. University District Partnership Request that the City of Little Rock Planning Commission and City Board of Directors express general support of the University District Partnership And Determine whether changes recommended by the University District Revitalization Plan should be incorporated into the City of Little Rock Land Use Plan.
