I don't want. to give up on that area being mixed use,
I'll call him again tomorrow and if he persists, I'll try and marshal some

I have received one phone call of: concern or opposition from the mailing,
from David Elrod, He expressed un -happiness with the change Co Mixed Use.
He noted the location of the two groceries that area, as well as this
being 'prime' commercial .Land at the intersection. He also noted all the
difficulties for commercial developers and stated that this corner seemed
more appropriate for commercial and the other corners maybe should be
Mixed Use. He indicated he would either get me somethinq in writing
against the change or be at the meeting on August 26.
