ADDENDUM # 1 TO REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
12 T11 STREET CORRIDOR PLAN
The following questions were asked by interested applicants:
Q: Do you anticipate a particular time frame for completion of the work?
A: At this point we expect the work to be completed in 12 months.
Q: Since you are requesting a fee proposal, can you clarify "manpower estimates"?
A: Develop or chart the ratio of time and manpower that will be spent on principal and
the amount of time draftsmen will spend coming up with drawings and diagrams.
Q: Is demographic/ market analysis information available on the district or is that
something the consultant should provide?
A: Yes, it is expected that the consultant should provide that information. While our
planning department may be able assist in providing some demographic research
information it will be the consultant's task to provide all market analysis information.
Q: Can you clarify "prototype project descriptions"?
A: What types of development or mixed use that would be a good fit for the area? A
generic project to pursue that would enhance future growth.
Q: From a design perspective, will this study include recommended architectural/facade
treatments along the corridor or is it intended to address the streetscape/footprint of the
corridor only?
A: The study should include both architectural/fagade treatments and
streetscape/footprint.
Q: Do you anticipate the need for illustrations, renderings, or eyelevel perspectives as
part of the deliverables?
A: Yes
