Yes Director Richardson was in an accident and would likely not be at the meeting on Monday. I am going to be on
vacation all of next week so if this is one less meeting that I have to attend on Monday that would be great. If there is not
opposition at this point then there really is no need to meet. We can proceed.

Fredrick,
I understand Director Richardson was involved in an accident last week. We have a meeting scheduled for Monday on the
LUP amendments for the corridor. Based on the comments to date, I see no reason not to proceed to public hearing on
this. So if Director Richardson is okay with that, we could cancel the Monday meeting. (Please note, we would want
representatives on the Corridor committee to be present at the public hearing on this.)
