Some information about the 12th St. meeting on the 281h. The May 12th e-mail from Julie Luther (the very first e-
mail) sets out the agenda for the meeting and two of the items are about 12th improvements and right-of-way.
This is part of the planning effort for the 12th Street corridor that Director Richardson is leading. Please call
Frederick if you have any questions.
Frederick — I will not be able to attend the meeting on the 28th. I will ask Walter to attend. (Walter is off today.)
Walter — please attend the 12th Street meeting on the 28th if your schedule permits. Thank you.

Director Richardson,
We would like to suggest topics for the upcoming meeting agenda and attendees that we discussed at
yesterday's 12th Street public meeting.
At this stage of the planning process, securing feedback from city leaders on the direction of some specific plan
elements will enable a smooth transition into defining implementation strategies. Please consider including the
following items for discussion:
1. the use of form -based codes within the study area
2. the coordination/timing of projects coming online in the study area and their impacts on the 12th Street right
of way
3. the proposed design solutions for the street improvements within the 12th Street right of way and
phasing/timeline
We would suggest the following attendees for this meeting
Director Richardson
Frederick Gentry
Tony Bozynski
Bryan Day (per Tony's request)
Mayor Stodola (status of stimulus funding)
Dave Roberts
Julie Luther
David Perry
We are available any day during the week of Memorial Day (May 26th through 29th) but would prefer a day later in
