Fredrick -
The week of April 19 we should discuss the responses to the proposed changes to see if we should go forward with all
or some of the changes. Please check with Director Richardson and see if and when he would like to meet. Right
now Tony and I are available that week as follows Monday AM, Tuesday and Wednesday PM, Thursday 10 -2, Friday
PM. If he wants to meet with the full steering committee we could do that also. Tuesday is a BOD meeting and
Thursday is a PC meeting.
