The change under consideration as part of the package of changes would change the 'Residential Moderate Density' area to 'Mixed Use'. The area to the east would not change. 'Residential Moderate Density' allows zoning for residential uses up to 12 units per unit. 'Mixed Use' allows zoning of commercial, office, residential or a mix of the three uses (with Planned Zoning Districts used for non-residential). This does not change the current zoning of your property but rather would be used if you requested a re- classification as part of the process to determine if the City should support your re-classification request. Whether the Future Land Use Plan is changed or not, you can continue to use your property as it is currently zoned. To verify your current zoning please contact the zoning desk at (501) 371-4844. I received a card from the city announcing a meeting to discuss potential changes for the property we own at 2715 West 10th St. I was wondering if you could give me some information on the potential changes for the 12th St Corridor so we could discuss them in our office before the meeting. We would like to attend the meeting but it would be helpful to have some information before hand so we know what to expect. Thanks Jim Lienhart 3/9/2010
