We will have some maps and information your representatives can bring back with them so you can see, but here
are the changes for those properties
3923 13th and 3802 12th are both shown on the future Lane Use Plan for Commercial both are proposed for
Mixed Use Urban on the Future Land Use Plan.
4000 13th is shown on the future Land Use Plan as Public Institutional, no change is proposed
4005 13th, 4017 12th and 3900 14th are all shown on the future Land Use Plan as Residential Medium Density and
are proposed to be shown for Mixed Use Urban on the Future Land Use Plan.

Please remember if there is a change or not in the Future Land Use Plan, the zoning of the property will not be
changing. You as the owner would still have to request a change if you wanted to do something different with any
of these properties. If the changes are made at some point in the future, and if you were to then make a re-
classification request to the City, your request would be reviewed against the then changed Land Use categories.

Mr. Malone:
I am the Sr. Pastor at Theressa Hoover UMC located on the corner of 13th and Cedar.
will be out of town when the Land Use Plan Meeting is scheduled on March 22. 1 will
send a couple of representatives from my church. However, I do have one question
now because the church has never received any information pertaining to which church
owned property could be affected. Is there a way you can tell me which property is part
of the Future Use Plan?
The Church owns property at:
3923 W. 13th Street, Corner of Cedar & 13th (behind the old Thrift Store)
4000 W. 13th Street, Sanctuary and Multi-purpose Building
