Thanks for answering some of my questions this morning and providing a bit of history on the corridor. Below are
a few more that will help us formulate our team and approach to your project.
Do you anticipate a particular timeframe for completion of the work? 12 --i Moant
Since you are not requesting a fee proposal, can you clarify "manpower estimates"?
Is demographic/market analysis information available on the district or is that something the consultant should
provide?
Can you clarify "prototype project descriptions'?
From a design perspective, will this study include recommended architectural/facade treatments along the
corridor or is it intended to address the streetscape/footprint of the corridor only?
Do you anticipate the need for illustrations, renderings, or eyelevel perspectives as a part of the deliverables?
