The meeting was informational only. There is a proposal to make several changes to the City's Future Land Use
Plan in the Corridor from University to Woodrow. The Change being considered close to your address (812
Johnson) is along Woodrow. Along Woodrow the change being considered is from Residential — Medium Density
to Mixed Use on the Future Land Use Plan. NOTE: no ones zoning is being changed, thus until someone applies
and is approved the only uses permitted are those currently permitted with the current zoning classification.
Please note there is no change being considered for your property (812 Johnson). If you got a notice for the
meeting (a green card) then either you have other property in the corridor or it was mistakenly mailed. The only
property owners notified when those whose property was being considered for Future Land Use Plan changes.
The changes are based on recommendations from the 12th Street Corridor Plan. To see a copy of this document

If changes are made in to the Plan the property owners of the properties involved will receive a notification in the
coming months of the date, location and time of that public hearing.
