AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
MASTER STREET PLAN CONSTRUCTION
REQUIREMENTS FOR PRO WINDOW &
DOOR, INC. ON ELM STREET AND 31sT
STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a
five year deferral of certain requirements within the Master Street Plan for Pro Window
and Door, Inc. located at 4113 Asher Avenue.
Subsection a. Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct roadway
improvements to the requirements of the Master Street Plan will be deferred for a
period of five (5) years, or a future building permit is issued, or until adjacent
development which ever occurs first. The specific deferral is for installing
sidewalk with access ramps along Elm Street and 31 st Street.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
