Subject: Amendment to Land Use Application and Rights -of -Way Closing for CALS' Midtown Library Site
Joe,
Included in the land use application and petition to close rights-of-way for the CALS' Midtown
Library site is the property at 819 South Madison Street, legally described as Lot 5, of the
Replat of Lot 4, Cunningham's Addition to the City of Little Rock. Please amend the land use
application to exclude this property. Also, amend the petition closing Madison Street to begin
50 feet north of 9th Street, so that the street closing petition will not effect the public right-of-
way in front of the excluded property.
