That I have authorized CALS and its agent, Colliers International, to act as my agent regarding the zoning of the Property; 3. That I have authorized CALS and its agent, Colliers International, to act as my agent in petitioning for the closure of streets and alleys abutting the Property as CALS determines for its redevelopment plans; 4. That my conveyance to CALS will include any reversionary rights resulting from closure of the abutting streets and alleys; 5.
